The coached 40+ Reset Programme
The full 40+ Reset Programme builds on this with weekly calls with Neil and your own app profile, so every plan lives in one place on your phone: the complete experience, built entirely around you.
It runs face-to-face at UNTIL Soho and Marylebone, or online for clients anywhere in the world at £497, and it opens with a free first session to set your baseline.
Neil has been my PT since 2014. He is able to train you effectively at any age or ability (in my case, in my late 60s) and adapts your regime to get the very best out of you. My fitness wouldn't be where it is without Neil — an outstanding trainer who can really transform your sense of wellbeing.

I've been training with Neil (NMG) for several years now — professional and very knowledgeable, not only in fitness but the wider package: lifestyle, diet and healthy living. He understands the training needs of my age group and adapts his programme accordingly. You're not just a number to him.

I have trained with Neil for a couple of years. He has done an excellent job helping me improve my strength and stamina levels while motivating me to maintain my fitness training over the long term. He is a good listener and tailors sessions to an individual’s needs.

Neil was brilliant to train with, genuinely knows his stuff and always brought real positive energy to every session. He's reliable without fail, and meticulous in how he builds towards your fitness goals, nothing felt generic or phoned in. On top of that he's great fun to be around, which makes the hard sessions actually enjoyable. Couldn't recommend him more highly.

Was in need of a routine of working out in order to get back into shape and I found the perfect set up, friendly, encouraging and great at helping me achieve my goals. Would highly recommend NMG as the place to go for motivating you into getting fit and feeling good about yourself.

Neil is fantastic! He got me doing things in the gym I did not think was possible. For someone that hated squats at the start, I now embrace them. He is a friendly face with good banter and helps you hit your goals. An hour session flies by and you always feel good after a session. Thanks Neil for all your support and encouragement! You rock!

How it works
How the self-guided route works
Getting started
Nothing to book and nothing to prepare: you buy the pack and start when you choose. Have a look at what equipment you can get to before you begin, since the plan is built around progressive resistance training. Because the programme is self-guided, nobody screens you first, so read the guidance below on who it is not suitable for and check with your GP if any of it applies to you.
During your sessions
After your sessions
You track your own progress across the block with the tracker in the pack, and finish with a record of what changed. There are no check-ins and no coach contact included at this price. If you want accountability and a plan that adapts to how you respond, the coached 40+ Reset Programme is the version that carries both.

FAQ
The Digital Programme
questions
What do I actually get for £149?
One downloadable pack holding the full eight weeks: every training session across all three phases, a nutrition guide built for the over-40 body, 40 high-protein and low-carb recipes with full macros, a daily mindfulness and sleep guide, and a progress tracker. You buy once and download straight away.
How is this different from the coached 40+ Reset?
The programme is the same eight weeks on the same three pillars. The difference is the coaching: the £497 version adds weekly contact with Neil, a free first session to set your baseline, and your own PT Distinction app profile. The Digital Programme is that plan without the coaching, at your own pace.
Do I need a gym to follow it?
The plan is built around progressive resistance training, so you need access to weights, whether that is a gym or a reasonably equipped home setup. If you are unsure whether what you have is enough, get in touch before buying rather than after.
Is it suitable if I have not trained for years?
Yes, the block is built to start from a standing start and the first phase is written for exactly that. Because it is self-guided, nobody is assessing you first, so read the guidance on who the programme is not suitable for and check with your GP if any of it applies to you.
Can I upgrade to the coached programme later?
Yes. Many people start self-guided and then move to coaching once they want accountability and a plan that adapts to how they respond. Get in touch and Neil will talk through where you have got to and what the coached block would add on top.
